Students
There are two ways to complete a registration. Students can request recommendations to be sent to your counselor and teachers electronically or use a paper recommendation (available in paper applications and for download online)
Request teacher recommendation (remember to do this for 2 different teachers)
Teachers and Counselors
feel free to use these online links to complete your recommendations instead of doing paper recommendations. If you would like to use a paper recommendation, you can download it below.

Click on the recommendation form below and download it to your computer. Print the form and return it to UB by mail, scan and email, fax, or give to the guidance counselor at your school.
